Some of the forms available on this website may be opened and filled in on your computer using an Acrobat Reader programme. Completed and printed forms should then be signed by hand, and sent by post to the relevant authority.

Official forms to be completed by computer and submitted by e-mail

Certain forms available on this website in Word or Excel format may be completed and stored in your own computer files. Such completed forms should be sent by to the relevant authority by post, or preferably by e-mail to the authority’s official e-mail address. The authority’s registry will con-firm the receipt of the form by e-mail.

Other communications

This website also facilitates other e-mail communications with Finland’s environmental authorities by providing useful e-mail links to the relevant contacts. E-mail communications should clearly express the purpose of the enquiry, contain full contact details for the sender, and specify whether you wish the relevant authority to respond by post, by e-mail, or in some other way.
